Gas Lights - Gas Lanterns Warranty and Returns 

Warranty
Gas-Lights.biz warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted due to improper operation.  The flame should not be over 1 1/2" High. Burning a flame higher than this can cause the tops to discolor or the welds to melt along with glass breaking or a creosote build up blackening the glass.  Gas-Lights.biz agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective product or part, provided that it is returned with postage prepaid and with proof of purchase date to Gas-Lights.biz. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, abuse or lack of reasonable use and care of the product, or applications of the product beyond our intent. This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations, or liabilities. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to a period of ninety (90) days from the purchase date. In no such case shall Gas-Lights.biz be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused by its neglect or fault.

Returns
Merchandise not subject to return unless accompanied by an RGA ( Return Goods Authorization). Please Contact Us directly for a RGA number.  Merchandise must be returned prepaid and is subject to a restocking charge. Approved returns must be in original cartons.

Shipping Claims
We inspect all products before it leaves our warehouse. Carefully inspect all arriving shipments before accepting from carrier. Claims for shortage or damage in transit must be filed directly with carrier for compensation. Gas-Lights.com products are packed for freight line shipments and therefore cannot be responsible for damage on items that are requested to ship by UPS or FED Ex.
